Once upon a time I only aspired to be surrounded by original art...and then a funny thing happened...it started showing up in my life...first as a thoughtful gift from a loving friend...and later because the art I was given so emboldened and enlivened my surroundings that I began acquiring pieces I liked...

This ceramic peach...which I would attribute to the artist if only I could read the signature...was one of the first objets d' art gifted to me...by a good friend whose stated life purpose in is "to bring people to art and to bring art to people"...she is one of a kind and my life is much richer for her being in it...
